¿Qué mujer no sueña con tener un trasero voluptuosos, firme y redondito? ¡Todas! me atrevo a decir, pero no muchas están dispuestas a luchar y atrabajar por obtenerlo. Si bien no es algo que se logre de un día para otro, te puedo asegurar que el primer mes notarás un cambio enorme.

Así que si quieres un trasero voluptuoso como el de Kylie Jenner, estas son las rutinas que te ayudarán a conseguirlo.

Empieza con 3 series de 10 repeticiones cada una, y conforme te vayas adaptando aumenta a 3 series de 15. Aumenta también el peso que le añades.

Puedes hacerlo con una pelota o bien el el sofá o usando cualquier superficie. Adapta los ejercicios a lo que tengas a la mano.
